Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner
- Organize and schedule appointments and meetings
- Maintain contact lists and manage correspondence
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment
- Book travel arrangements and coordinate logistics for staff members
- Submit and reconcile expense reports
- Provide general support to visitors
Skills:
- Proficient in using Google Suite for document creation, collaboration, and organization
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Experience using QuickBooks or similar accounting software for basic bookkeeping tasks
- Typing speed and accuracy are essential for efficient data entry and document preparation
- Knowledge of clerical procedures and office management systems
- Comfortable working with computerized systems for data management and record keeping
- Familiarity with standard office equipment such as printers, copiers, and scanners
- Proven experience in an administrative role, demonstrating strong administrative skills
- Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to handle inquiries professionally
