Location - Hybrid:You will primarily be working remotely from home and, on occasions, will also be required to attend the designated office located at The Burgess Hill Academy (approximately once a month following induction period). If preferred, you could also have the option to work more frequently at the office.


Are you looking for career progression and would like to work in a large and highly-regarded People department? We are seeking an Administrator to support our friendly Talent team with recruitment & onboarding, learning & development and talent management activities.


This is a varied role which includes:

  • Posting job vacancies
  • Being the first point of contact for the Talent team; responding to enquiries and escalating as necessary
  • Carrying out onboarding checks
  • Assisting with learning & development and talent management initiatives


To be successful you will have the ability to work accurately and pay attention to detail to help the team deliver excellent customer service.
