Property Lawyer / CILEx - Bristol


A leading Bristol law firm have opportunities for Conveyancing Solicitors / Legal Executives to join their expanding property team after a series of internal promotions.

You will be working alongside highly regarded professionals within conveyancing and will be able to work in an autonomous way.


You will be handling a mix of Sale, Purchase, Re-mortgage, Transfer of Equity, Shared Ownership, New Build, Freehold, Leasehold and Un-registered regional conveyancing files as well as some high-net-worth cases, therefore essential you have dealt with anumber of these matters.


To be considered for this position you should have at least 2 years experience handling a range of conveyancing matters including freehold and leasehold.
