This privately owned, multi-branch agency is looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join a small team in Basingstoke and run their Perms Commercial desk.

You will need to have previous recruitment agency experience (open to sector) and be someone who just gets recruitment, doesn't need hand-holding and who enjoys generating new client business.


CANDIDATE - Recruitment Consultant - Commercial

  • Strong sales, networking and client development abilities
  • Previous experience as a billing Recruitment Consultant
  • Strong commercial business acumen and a proven billing history
  • A passionate desire to succeed and build a successful career
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills


You will be joining a small team with a very supportive and hands-off Manager so we are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant who can land running and is passionate about their own success.
