Mon-Fri 9am-5pm (3 days offic e, 2 days WFH) - Hybrid


Pay:
£13.44ph

Is business administration repetitive or boring?


It's neither, this couldn't be further from the truth, the NHS must be well organised and keep detailed records of patients and staff across several wards.


You'll support the ability for patients or other organisations to see or speak to the right person at the right time who can give them the help they need.

This could be booking an appointment, getting medical advice, or helping a patient navigate the trust when they visit.

So overall administration isn't boring, it's varied.


You will find solutions to everyday problems, such as:

  • To provide a comprehensive and effective HR administrative service to support the smooth and efficient running of the People Services Hub working in a supervised and supportive environment.
  • To communicate effectively and courteously with a range of internal/external stakeholders.
  • Act as the first point of contact within the People Services team, providing daytoday guidance and signposting managers and staff to the most appropriate People Services Advisor and People Partner.
  • To be responsible for processing all HR administrative work associated with changes during employment and terminations.
  • To work as part of a team alongside other People Services staff contributing to the efficient and effective running of all designated HR elements within the Directorate.
  • The post holder will work collaboratively work with the People Advisors and the People Services Assistant to ensure that employment checks such as DBS, Right to Work are monitored and are kept uptodate.
  • To work with the wider People and Organisational Development Directorate to ensure there is an integrated People Service delivered to the Partnership.

What you will need:


  • HR Operational experience
  • Good communications skills
  • Able to carry out tasks and prioritise workload
- well organised and able to meet deadlines

  • Experience in people service adminbased role
  • Working knowledge of MS Office
  • Basic report writing skills
  • This role requires English and Maths GCSE grade C or above / A Levels or equivalent experience._
