This is a site-based role at Worthing.


The Orals Production Lead has responsibility for the manufacturing and supporting processes and associated decisions to ensure delivery of customer service and schedule adherence whilst maintaining quality and safety standards for the area of their responsibility.

In this role you will:

  • Lead the production area in delivering the required output while maintaining safety and quality.
  • Drive performance through positively challenging other and hold people accountable.
  • Monitor shift performance and escalate when support is needed.
  • Set shift targets and clearly communicate to the team.
  • Plan ahead for the shift in terms of resource and allocation of technicians across production lines
  • Ensure the production facility is effectively run, meeting all of the required GMP, Safety & regulatory standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

  • Ability to plan, organize and control workloads of self and other to meet deadlines and deliver schedule and targets.
  • Communication skills at all levels both written and verbal.
  • Selfmotivation and drive with strong interpersonal skills to work alongside teams.
  • Logical faultfinding skills leading to decisions in a timely manner.
  • Active continuous improvement advocate.
  • Basic GPS knowledge especially in problem solving.
Preferred

Qualifications & Skills:

If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

  • Ability to run production lines within the area.
  • SAP knowledge.
  • Knowledge of audit processes, preparation and requirements.


  • Computer Skills

  • Excel/PowerPoint/Word.
  • Good knowledge of site safety regulations.
