Description

One of the UK's leading technology companies supplying the motorsport and high-performance automotive sectors has a new vacancy for a Wiring Harness Technician.

With previous experience building complex electrical wiring harnesses, you will also have theability understand complex circuit drawings.


Commutable from:
Silverstone, Daventry, Towcester, Northampton, Milton Keynes, Northampton, Banbury, Buckingham.

Salary:
£32,000 -£36,000 p.a. + pension

Suitable For:
Electrical Wiring Harness Technician, Wiring Harness Engineer, Wiring Harness Technician

The Role

Key responsibilities:
Experience of manufacturing complex wiring harnesses to a very high standard.

Capability to understand and work with complex circuit drawings with high accuracy, tolerances and attention to every detail.

The ability to work in a cost-effective manner and whilst adhering to the tight time scales.

A good understanding of motorsport harnessing, working with and developing a company code of practise.

You will be required to manage harness builds in line with timelines set by the production manager.

With a desire to progress your own personal skillset whilst supporting and developing trainee technicians

Understanding and respect of health and safety standards.


The Person


With experience of building and manufacturing electrical wiring harnesses to high standards, you will be able to understand complex circuit drawings and work to tight deadlines.

Build of High Voltage systems would be beneficial but not essential as trainingwill be provided.
