Job Description:

As a Concierge at One West Point, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our residents and visitors.

Your main role will be to act as the first point of contact for residents and visitors, offering assistance and information where necessary.

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome residents and visitors to the development.
Provide information about the development, local area, and amenities.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Monitor security cameras and ensure the safety of residents and the development.
Assist residents with any queries or issues they may have.
Manage and maintain the booking system for communal spaces.
Coordinate with maintenance and cleaning teams to ensure the development is well-maintained and presented.
Act as a liaison between residents and the management team.
Handle any emergencies that may arise and escalate them to the appropriate parties.


Requirements:

Security background and confident dealing with conflict management desirable
Previous experience in a customer service role, ideally within a luxury residential environment.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as required.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize workload effectively.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and property management software.

£26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
