About the Role:
We are seeking a friendly, dynamic, self-starter to engage and support women who have received a conditional caution and directed to attend Hampton Trust diversionary workshops.
Job Title:
Women's Service Practitioner
Responsible to:
Women, Children & Young People's Service Manager
Hours: 22.5 hours per week (Two days in office / delivery sites & one homeworking day)
Salary:
£24,000 to £26,999.00 pro rata per annum
If you are looking for a career in the domestic abuse field this is a unique opportunity to broaden your knowledge of domestic abuse, develop your skills; whilst gaining a full understanding of community perpetrator interventions embedded across Hampshire, Southampton, and the Isle of Wight.

- Southampton: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- Diploma of Higher Education (preferred)
Experience:
- working with women in/out of criminal justice system: 2 years (required)
- delivering group work/individual interventions to women: 2 years (required)
- assessing risk: 2 years (required)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (required)
- NVQ Level 2 Health & Social Care (preferred)
Work Location:
Hybrid remote in Southampton
