Part-time Personal Assistant (Fully remote)
FTE £34,000 pro-rata £18,300 20 hours a week

Our client is setting up the UK arm of a trading business and needs an experienced PA to work 5 afternoons a week (2pm-6pm) in supporting him in all elements of diary and travel management.

You will coordinate meetings, assist with events, produce high quality documentation whilst setting up administrative systems and liaising with his clients.

Although it is fully remote, there might be occasions when the PA will o minute meetings, therefore they might be some travel involved.

You should be used to supporting at director level and have a self-motivated attitude that will inspire confidence with internal and external stakeholders.

The UK arm is part of a network of other divisions across Europe and Saudi Arabia.
