Summary:
Join Pal International as a Team Leader in our wipes production department. Lead a dedicated night shift team, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality output for our essential hygiene products.


Responsibilities:

Team Leadership: Provide clear instructions and lead by example, fostering teamwork and collaboration.

Operational Efficiency: Utilise MRP system, adapt to technology, and optimise production processes.

Coverage and Continuity: Manage team holidays, provide production cover, and collaborate with maintenance teams.

Health and Safety: Uphold safety standards, promote awareness, and maintain a safe work environment.

Performance Targets: Drive daily performance to meet production goals and initiate process improvements.

Accountability: Take ownership of night shift operations, ensuring quality and efficiency.

Raw Material Management: Identify and requisition daily raw material needs for production.


Qualifications:


  • Previous leadership experience in manufacturing.
  • Strong communication and computer skills, MRP system proficiency.
  • Familiarity with wet wipes machine operation or food packaging preferred.
  • Effective team management and problemsolving abilities.
  • Commitment to safety protocols and process enhancement.
