Description
The Customer Care Specialist will offer an excellent service by responding to and processing all customer and dealer enquiries giving accurate information and completing all relevant transactions.
Duties to include:
- Processing all contract changes for customers
- Respond to and resolve inbound customer enquiries, answering all verbal and written enquiries
- Update system accordingly
- Notify Team Leaders of any potential issues associated with work queues and work backlog
- Own all issues through to resolution
- Participate in department/business projects
Experience/Qualifications:
- Minimum of A level or equivalent
- 3 years experience in a Customer Service position preferred
- Excel and Word to intermediate level
