We are about to embark on an exciting new initiative called 'Your Way', delivering a white glove service to our customers in designated areas.

To support this project, we are looking for 3 'Your Way' Telephone Sales Representative to join our friendly Telephone Sales team in Aylesford, Kent.

This will be an evening shift, working 5pm to 10pm, with some flexibility around days worked. There will be a cross over in shifts which will mean also supporting non-Your Way Customers

• The main purpose of this role is to provide excellent Customer Service to all incoming and outgoing telephone calls to "Your Way" kff customers

Key responsibilities will include:

• Manage the existing customers and 'Your Way' customers, alongside the external representatives
• Take customer orders within a timely and orderly manner
• Process telephone orders accurately
• Assist with all other order processing processes (Web/Integration)
• Handling inbound calls
• Complete pricing forms for new products
• Promote and upsell monthly promotions
• Manage errors, BEY report, Weights and Suspends orders, workload, figures/sales.
• To be able to run cut off/day end prints to handover to transport/warehouse
• Good verbal communication skills on all levels
• Customer service skills
• Ability to sell
• Accurate and efficient IT skills
