    **Job Summary:**

    We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our client's team. The successful candidate will report directly to the Head of Sales and Marketing.

    The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer support.

    The role involves providing extensive technical support to UK & European distributors, maintaining a central knowledge database, and hosting training sessions and webinars.

    Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for quality control, document control, and content creation.

    A science-based degree, engineering background, and good working knowledge of MS Office suite are essential requirements for this position.

    Full driving license is also necessary for the role.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Provide technical support to UK & European distributors via phone, email, and in-person visits.
    • Maintain a central knowledge database for product and application information.
    • Host training sessions and webinars.
    • Assist with quality control and document control.
    • Create technical content for various platforms.
    • Identify and attend relevant training courses to enhance skills.
    • Cover quality control technician duties when needed.
    • Conduct housekeeping audits.

    Requirements:

    • Science-based degree or engineering background.
    • Good working knowledge of MS Office suite.
    • Full driving license.
