We are currently looking to recruit a dedicated individual to join the team as an Administrator for a 18 month FTC at Grenoside Crematorium.


Led by our Business Leader, Amy Groves, the team are dedicated to providing the highest standards of service to all our clients; making sure they have the best possible support through, what can be, the hardest moments of their lives.

This is a part time position working 22.98 hours per week.

As Administrators, they ensure that all administration relating to the Crematorium & the cemetery are accurately completed in a timely manner


They will also:

  • Inputting the cremation and burial paperwork and other records onto our bespoke online/computer system to comply with Industry regulations
  • Maintaining confidentiality when processing legal burial and cremation documents
  • Update the memorial ledgers and archives
  • Liaise with Funeral Directors, Ministers and families/clients ensuring that any specific requests are inputted in the database regarding services that are carried out
  • Assist with memorial appointments
  • Prepare banking, and client invoices, collate petty cash returns and support with credit control duties

What do we look for?

  • Previous administration or customer service experience is essential
  • High attention to detail is essential
  • Ability to successfully multitask and meet multiple deadlines
  • Computer literate in addition to experience using Microsoft packages (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
  • Presentable at all times, acting with professional conduct and showing empathy

    £14,279.77 per annum
