Description

A brand new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Sales Assistant to join a charitable organisation where you will use your commercial experience to increase profitability and lead others to success.

In the role of Retail Supervisor you will be responsible for:

Managing the day to day operation of the store
Maximize store profitability by promoting sales within the store and online
Ensure that a high level of customer service is delivered at all times
Effective management of the warehouse and retail stock
Ensure all financial, cash handling and security procedures are followed.

To be considered for the Senior Sales Assistant role you must have:

Experience of supervising a team
Ability to lead, manage and develop others
A confident communicator with excellent organisational and problem solving skills with a real can do attitude
A customer focused manner, prioritising the customer experience at all times
Experience of working in a retail environment is essential

This is a full time, temporary role working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Saturday, with 1 day off in the week, with a pay rate of £10.00 to £10.50 per hour plus holiday pay working from their locations in Colwyn Bay, Llandudno Junction, Llandudno, also covering Rhyl as and when required.
