We work with charities across their digital stack helping them to rebuild their processes using flexible open source tools. We help organisations reimagine the way they work so they can focus on impact.
You will source tender opportunities and work with the Senior Leadership team to qualify them.
Once an opportunity is qualified, you will be the bid owner putting together our response.
You will be responsible for collating and preparing all documentation regarding an RFP (request for proposal), communicating with relevant RFP client managers and at all times making sure that our responses represent the quality of our offering.
You will consult and work closely with the Functional Consultant and Senior Leadership team who will provide technical explanations of functionality.
You must be able to demonstrate an understanding of the client's needs and identify their specific business outcomes in order to guide the technical team's responses.
You will also be asked to help write some of the technical responses as your learning and understanding develops.
You will also be required to assist as a copywriter for our Marketing Department, which will include writing training materials for clients, and product related blogs which will complement your understanding of the product and enhance your technical writing knowledge.

Key responsibilities:
- Responsible for the end to end coordination of Bid and Tender submissions including liaising with potential clients
- Draft Bid and Tender responses leveraging our content library, writing new content as necessary and managing other team members to provide technical content
- Maintain and build our tender response library to efficiently complete bid and tender responses
- Evaluate and identify areas for improvement from tender and bid feedback
- Write text in respect of technical training materials and product blogs

What we are looking for:
- A drive for pushing forward complex project proposals and a desire to learn about technical writing
- A keen interest in gaining an understanding of the digital landscape
- Any previous experience in a technical role, writing role, project management, sales role or technical environment would be desirable
- Interest in or previous experience of the Charity technology space would be an advantage
- Interest in or previous experience of the CRM market space would be desirable
