Working across schools, providing professional customer-focused service and support
Work with the Help Desk system to report issues
Take responsibility for tasks to ensure followup, completion, and ongoing customer engagement, covering a wide range of IT areas from local and remote user issues to online and cloud enquiries.
Willing to provide a temporary solution when necessary, discussing and realising the wider implications with the team
Able to make a significant contribution to the successful implementation and support of IT systems managed by the Trust's IT Services team
Ensuring that the systems run smoothly with the aim of helping all users to operate at optimum efficiency in the delivery of ICT
