Key responsibilities:
- Scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
- Maintaining Product databases Both Online and On Sage.
- Assisting with preparing reports and analysis.
- Data entry and recordkeeping.
- Managing Suppliers and Purchase Orders.
- Assisting Customer Enquiries and Invoicing.
- Performing general office tasks, such as photocopying and mail distribution.
Requirements:
- Experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role, is not essential yet it is desirable.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
