Aftersales Manager / Service Manager vacancy - Car Dealership / Motor Trade

Salary:
£45,000 plus bonus OTE £60,000 and a variety of company benefits including company car
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Aftersales Manager / Service Manager for our client's car dealership in Leeds.

For this role we need a confident, driven and proven individual, someone who is passionate about the role and bringing the Aftersales team together.

Aftersales Manager / Service Manager role:

You will be managing a Service department with a team of expierenced Vehicle Technicians, Service Advisors, Administration, Parts department and drivers.

You will be tasked with the day to day running of the Service and parts department:

Smooth and efficient running of the service department
Controlling spend and overseeing department budgets
Drive customer service
Monitoring KPIs
Driving the team, support and training

Aftersales Manager / Service Manager requirements:

Must have at least 2 years' experience as an Aftersales Manager or Service Manager within a car dealership
Full UK driving licence.
Strong man management & interpersonal

Salary:
£45,000 + Bonus OTE £60,000

Monday to Friday
