Are you a motivated and customer-oriented individual with a passion for sales? Join our team as a Customer Service Representative and play a crucial role in driving sales while ensuring excellent service to our valued customers.


Duties:


  • Engage with customers in person to understand their needs, recommend suitable products and services, and guide them through the sales process
  • Upsell products or services to customers when appropriate
  • Communicate effectively with customers to resolve issues or escalate them to the appropriate department
  • Collaborate with the sales team to optimize sales strategies and foster strong customer relationships

Qualifications:


  • Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customercentric approach
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions

Salary:
From £23,850.17 per year
