We are one of the global leaders in the Material Handling industry and have been building relationships and partnering with our customers, suppliers, dealers, and employees for over 80 years.

A permanent vacancy has arisen within our Materials Department, for a Kanban Co-ordinator, reporting to the Materials Superintendent.

Reporting to the Materials Superintendent, the main responsibility of this role is to maintain the integrity of the Materials Kanban process


This will involve:

  • Reporting kanban shortages through Material Planners
  • Assist in the implementation of ECN's
  • Maintaining kanban levels, setting up containers, kanban sizing and kanban database, label printing using SAP/Flowbase 400
  • Escheduling management of orders required for line
  • Daily processing of NRK's
  • Carrying out regular audits of the kanban pull sequences
  • Providing support for the introduction of supplier kanban and returnable packaging
  • Control of material throughout the plant
  • Assist with the development of SAP relating to the kanban process
  • Manage existing suppliers on the faxban process
  • Maintaining effective communication with the Materials DFT teams
In order to be considered for this position applicants must meet the following essential criteria:

  • Have at least 1 years' working experience of SAP
  • Excellent IT skills and written English
  • Have a counterbalance forklift licence
  • Able to work shifts if required
  • Knowledge of Flowbase
