We are a specialist Contract Electronics Manufacturer, serving world-class customers in high-reliability industries by providing a complete set of electronics design and manufacturing solutions.

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Quality Assurance Manager.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and hardworking individual to join a busy and fast-paced team. This role is
full time, permanent but is
dual-site across Hook, Hampshire and Poynton, Stockport.

As the Quality Assurance Manager, you will be operating in a customer facing, performance-based manufacturing environment.

You will ensure that the Quality Management System and associated Policies, Procedures and Processes, and being responsible for allquality compliance and product quality matters in accordance with business and customer requirements.

The role will involve taking direct managerial responsibility for the site Quality Compliance and Product Quality staff and systems. Supporting vendor assessments including carrying out any applicable audits on vendors / suppliers and any ongoing monitoringactivities. It will also involve communicating with relevant internal and external stakeholders to include all relevant quality metrics.


The Quality Assurance Manager role will involve:

  • Being responsible for the compliance and retention of applicable Management System and Quality accreditations
  • Being responsible for all quality compliance and product quality matters in accordance with business and customer requirements
  • Carrying out internal audits and implementing any improvement activities
  • Supporting vendor assessments including carrying out any applicable audits on vendors / suppliers and any ongoing monitoring activities
  • Communicating with relevant internal and external stakeholders to include all relevant quality metrics
  • Taking accountability for responding to customer corrective actions
  • Ensuring employee engagement with all quality matters

For this role you will need:

  • Experience in a similar role in the manufacturing sector
  • Up to date knowledge of all applicable Management System and Quality accreditations
  • Ability to mentor and influence all on site in relation to quality matters
  • Relevant industry qualifications or qualified by experience
  • Strong communication and influencing skills
  • Ability to effectively form relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy


For this role it is desirable that you are qualified in Quality Management and /or an appropriate discipline; Electronics, Mechanical Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering.

You should have demonstrable experience in a similar role, and you must be experiencedin an Operations/Manufacturing environment, with an emphasis on the requirements of the Aerospace industry.
