    Minimum Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree – Essential
    • Leadership and/or management training or 3+ years of experience leading complex educational programs.
    • Teaching qualification – Essential
    • Experience in academic leadership.
    • Experience in budgeting and financial management.
    • Experience in planning and running complex education courses and programs.
    • Stakeholder management and engagement expertise.
    • Involvement in key projects.
    • University application processes knowledge.
    • Familiarity with the international student environment.
    • Experience in teaching UK secondary, further education, or pathway sectors.
    • Digital enablement leadership experience.
