Inventory Controller:
This role is accountable for the management of stock, accuracy and fulfilment to the manual pack stations. They are accountable for ensuring that all inventory and fulfilment is checked and transferred accurately through the WMS system.

Working with key colleagues this role will support a number of functions - including planning, fulfilment, inventory, goods in and safety working with key stakeholders based in head office.

Key Responsibilities will include -

Auditing pallet locations for accuracy and integrity of stock
Planning for the fulfilment of stock to the manual pack stations
Supporting the goods in process to ensure accuracy of stock
Supporting the movement of carts to the buffer and flight build
Operating various MHE equipment
Following HMRC and CAA process around key activity i.e damaged stock, receipt of bonded product
Managing the inventory function to support fulfilment KPI targets
Recycling of key inbound associated waste including plastic pallets etc
Ensuring housekeeping standards are kept to high standards in allocated area
Completing statutory checks for key equipment
Auditing stock quantities to ensure accuracy of inventory
Supporting the development and implementation of relevant SOP'
Experience of inventory and stock management in logistics environment
Effective with a 'can do' mentality
Numerate with an aptitude for detail
Effective operational delivery skills
Use of Warehouse Management Systems and MHE equipment
Working knowledge of Health and Safety practices
Effective communicator at all levels.
Experience of training colleagues within the operation
Audit and SOP experience
