The People team are recruiting for up to 12 months maternity cover a People Costs Officer.


As People Costs Officer you will support the People team and Finance team in collaboration to monitor and control people related costs.

This includes supporting both teams on our journey to more effective workforce planning. You will develop practical knowledge of people and finance data, reporting, HR systems and payroll.

Provide more joined up reporting between the People team and Finance team with clear mechanisms to support managers in managing people related costs, including staff costs, casual workers, Professional Register, and off-payroll workers.


Proactive and productive, you will be supremely well organised and able to manage a varied workload and competing deadlines on a daily basis.

You will have a keen eye for detail and numbers. You will be passionate about effectively managing relationships internally and externally.

You will demonstrate a solution driven approach to problem solving and you will be used to using your own initiative to get things done.

This position is offered on a fixed-term contract for up to 12 months - maternity cover.
