Responsibilities:
- Perform a wide range of routine housing maintenance tasks
- Troubleshoot and diagnose maintenance issues in rental properties
- Coordinate external contractors where needed including electrical and plumbing
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs
- Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulations
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders
Requirements:
- Experience of maintaining rental properties
- Ability to fit and adjust fire doors to meet regulations
- Not phased by handling waste and refuse
- Strong problemsolving abilities to diagnose and resolve maintenance issues
- Good communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently and as part of a team
Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time
Pay:
£20,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Experience:
- Maintenance: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
Ability to Commute:
- Swansea (required)
