Maintenance Supervisor

Basic Salary:
£51 000 Per Year + A Huge 15% Bonus + Company Car For Work & Personal Use

Location:
Rotherham, South Yorkshire

Shift Pattern:
Days / Monday-Friday / 8am-4:30pm (Early Finish on Friday)

As the Maintenance Manager you will be working within a very modern state of the art manufacturing facility maintaining production levels, and the efficient operation of additional onsite facilities, to ensure that the site runs to its full output potential within an agreed budget.

You will have full responsibility for the management of a team of Engineers and Subcontractors based across site.

The Maintenance Supervisor Purpose
Manage and oversee the Engineering team to ensure the safe, reliable and efficient running of the equipment and machinery.

The Maintenance Supervisor Role & Responsibilities

Production plant and equipment maintenance.
You will manage all engineers and be in charge of all maintenance engineering.
Oversee and manage Planned preventative maintenance.
Day to day machine breakdown resolutions.
Maintaining plant maintenance records.
Manage the engineering team.
Staff Recruitment.
Annual budget preparation including analysis of past and present performance data.
Apprentice development and labour skills planning.
Weekly KPI reports.
