Description

We are working with a local authority client in London looking for an Interim Principal Estates Surveyor to lead on all Estates Management matters and be responsible for the operational management of the Estates Surveying Service.

You will be responsible for managing and developing key assets including the commercial portfolio, strategic land holdings and development sites, ensuring financial returns are optimised, and long-term interest is safeguarded in accordance with the Development and Asset Management Strategies.

You will also deputise for the Head of Estates and Tenancy Management as required.

This role will offer up to £480/day umbrella company and will run for an initial 6 months with the view to extend.
