Senior Online Trading Manager/Head of.

We're on the lookout for a Senior Online Trading Manager/Head of for an ecommerce retail organisation looking to revamp their strategy for their UK websites.

As Senior Online Trading Manager, you'll identify revenue opportunities and work collaboratively with the business to bring concepts to life.

As online Trading Manager/Head of you'll lead a team of Merchandisers and Product specialists who are passionate about the business and will be looking for leadership and development for them to progress in their careers.

Main responsibilities:

Working with platforms and systems to make informed decisions regarding trading results
Performance reporting, including presenting at trade meetings
Working alongside SEO to ensure content requirements are completed
Working closely with Content & Operations to maximise trading opportunities
Responsibility over divisional eCommerce trading plan
Coaching and developing the high performing team to maximise potential and develop internal talent.

About you:

Proven experience with eCommerce trading
Strategic thinker
Strong and extensive senior stakeholder management capability
Confident and able to bring new ideas to the table
Analytical able to determine key opportunities
Comfortable with using key metrics and presenting to a senior level
Previous management experience
Experience working in a fastpaced test and learn environment

This is a hybrid role base in the South requiring 2-3 days a week in the office. This can be discussed in more detail at interview stage with the recruiter.

Salary - up to £100,000 plus generous package.

Salary:
£90,000.00-£130,000.00 per year
