KTM Online (operating under Fonehouse & Metrofone brands) work with large network providers to bring great mobile phone deals to our customers.

We have a customer base of nearly half a million with our online business equating to over 70% of our sales.

These roles within the contact centre will be supporting the success of this business by being the first people our valuable customers get to speak to.


We are looking for new team members in our specialist sales teams helping customers with our latest deals and providing opportunities for them to save money.

Main Duties

  • Responsible for making calls and talking to a variety of people and understanding their needs.
  • Influencing customer purchasing, through providing customers with an excellent service
  • Maintain knowledge of products and services, in order to share knowledge and answer question's from customers, adding value to all interactions with customers.
  • Processing orders accurately, following process and procedure to ensure that the high standards are maintained.
  • Accurately and efficiently enters customer information into company databases for mailing and billing purpose.
  • Highly motivated to work in a targeted sales environment across different measures.
  • Genuine interest in communication technology
  • Computer literate with a good knowledge of Microsoft Office 36
  • Enthusiastic team player and can work well on own.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written to deal with calls and live chat.
  • Experience of working within a customer service environment
  • Want to work somewhere where you are valued as a team member.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£20,000.00-£23,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • Bonus scheme
  • Performance bonus
