  • Our client is looking for an Air Export Clerk
  • Main duties:
  • Quoting
  • Dealing directly with shippers and overseas agents
  • Export Customs Entries
  • Invoicing
  • Completing varied exports jobs from start to finish
  • Occasionally arranging road freight shipments, entries, T1 declarations.
  • Boxtop or Sequioa experience would be an advantage but not essential as training would be given
  • Be part of Export on call rota 1 week in 8, which would include weekend coverage (remotely from 6pm Friday 9am the following Friday)
  • Hours would be 9am 6pm Monday to Friday
  • Person specification (inc. technical/professional requirements)
  • Required qualifications:
  • Level CO AvSec trained desirable but not essential as training can be provided
  • Required experience:
  • Min 3 years air export experience
  • Personal skills:
  • Good communication


  • Wellorganised

  • Able to prioritise workloads and work under pressure
  • Good commercial awareness
  • Salary up to GBP37,000 depending on experience plus on call rota allowance
