We are currently looking to recruit a
Transport Administrator to help provide support to operations and sales in all aspects of customer facing pricing.

You will take responsibility for implementing and maintaining both suppliers and customerpricing within the company and provide pricing administration in line with company procedures and quality standards, providing pricing reviews and ensuring communication at all levels.

What does the role involve?

As
Transport Administrator, you will be responsible for the sourcing of pricing information from internal and external contacts, calculate pricing to be loaded, and inputting it to the ERP system.

You will also administer requests from allareas of the business within the agreed SLA and deliver the highest levels of customer service and support any ad hoc pricing requirements.

You will then process changes to price files and communicate any impacts / updates to the branch network and other areasof the business.


  • A high level of attention to detail, a strong team player and time management skills
  • Strong IT skills in Microsoft programs including Excel and Access
  • Administration experience ideally within a fastmoving B2B environment and any previous pricing administration / technical administration experience would be desirable
  • Ability to show accuracy, numeracy and a keen eye for detail
