Description

As a Lead Quality Officer, you will be providing quality support to our supply chain and suppliers.
This role is crucial in helping us produce products that improve the lives of patients across the world.
About the roleYour role will ensure our products meet industry standards as well as regulatory and Vectura standards.
Naturally, you will be working to support the release or rejection of market batches to our licensees. This will involve the review of manufacturing and packaging, to ensure they meet requirements. It will also involve the investigation of deviations and the evaluation of changes requested by the supplier.

You will also be working on NCRs and deviations, looking at data trends, managing investigations, supporting audits, and performance reviews.

Customer complaints are low.

In the event of a complaint, however, you will coordinate the investigation, report the results, and manage the surveillance, follow-up, and corrective actions process.

About youYou'll have a quality background from a pharmaceutical/GMP environment, with batch release experience. An understanding of inhalation products would be great, but it's not essential.
This role could work with 3rd party suppliers across Europe so you'll need good communications and organisational skills. Ideally, you will have experience with complaints management and investigations as well.
