Marketing Manchester (MM) has an exciting opportunity for an Executive Assistant to provide support to the MM Managing Director.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Providing administrative support to the Managing Director's office.
  • Distributing work and information to appropriate colleagues in the absence of the Managing Director.
  • Acting as a first point of contact for the Managing Director regarding daytoday activities.
  • Managing diaries, booking meetings and rooms, and ensuring accuracy at all times.
  • Handling sensitive and/or confidential information and/or documentation with appropriate discretion.
  • Providing a minutetaking service when required.
  • Working with the Managing Director on the production of Board and committee papers.
  • Managing foreign currency when required, as well as processing expenses and travel management.
  • Undertaking the planning, management, and implementation of internal projects.

Skills Required:


  • Previous Experience working to support Senior Director, MD, CEO or equivalent.
  • Minimum of two years of relevant experience in a similar environment.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel.
  • Expert in the use of a variety of Microsoft Office software.
  • Ability to learn and use IT, HR, and other systems effectively.
  • Be able to prioritise tasks and deliver to deadlines.

Salary:
Up to £25,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Manchester: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Hybrid remote in Manchester
