Salary: 22K - 25K (+10% bonus)

Core Responsibilities
General support and marketing admin duties
Creation of internal templates and guides
Social media and Hootsuite management
Content creation for the social media channels
Blog creation on topics that do not require a level of expertise
Internal UK team event coordination and global learning week
Podcast uploading
Video editing and uploading
Proactively build internal relationships
Learn all the mar tech we use and be independently competent with using it
Learn about the industries we recruit for
Mailer compilation
Internal newsletter creation
Research trends in the industries we recruit for and recruitment marketing
Seek out and attend recruitment marketing webinars and events at the appropriate level
Make updates to the websites and upload events and blogs
Image sourcing
Graphic creation
Handles the basic flow of marketing onboarding for new company starters
Assistance on external event coordination
Event write ups
Competitor research and analysis
When has 3-6 months of experience takes on and manages the Instagram (1 of the accounts, the other will need to remain with another marketing team member) and Tik Tok channels, plans a schedule and creates content for the platforms

Personal Specification
Degree level educated, no corporate experience necessary, ideally have completed at least one marketing related internship
Has a genuine passion for perusing a career in Marketing
Tech savvy
A fast learner
Creative with proven use of Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva
Interested in writing
Positive, can-do attitude
A team player, driven to build strong and trusted relationships
Self-aware and open to feedback
Ability to use own initiative to solve problems and complete tasks
Attention to detail and pride in work delivered
Confidence to work under pressure and run with projects independently
Adapts core work hours where necessary to suit the global nature of the company, relevant time zones and events outside
