Concept Resourcing are currently recruiting for Laptop Deployment Engineers commutable to London.

This purpose of the role is to assist with a laptop refresh project starting w/c 6th March 2023.

Contract Duration: 4 Weeks

Rate information:
- £145.00 per day via umbrella company (Inside IR35)

Monday to Friday work
Site Based
ASAP start

The Role:

Assist with distribution of new laptops to end users and collection of old device and packaging for return
Assist with firsttime login
Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware faults if required
Assist with share drive and printer mappings if required
Supporting end users face to face
Migration of user data
Support set up of hardware
See tasks through to completion
Provide good quality customer service at all times and establish good working relationships
Excellent skills in user IT Deployment
Ability to interact with customers to ensure that the service is polite, efficient, and responsive
Ability to work on their own initiative
To work through issues analytically and successfully
At least 2 years of experience in the field or in a related area required
Prior experience on Laptops, Workstations, Notebooks, Smartphones and Printers
Strong customer service skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills (English and local language)
Background security check required must be able to complete successfully
