St Andrews Links is a dynamic organisation responsible for the world's most renowned public golf complex.

Recognised around the world as the Home of Golf, St Andrews Links is home to the world's most famous Links; the Old Course; six other award-winning courses, a state-of-the-art Golf Academy, three Clubhouses and five retail stores.


  • Liaising with the relevant team members within retail to create design themes and plans, often months in advance, including window and instore displays and signage.
  • Conducting research on current and future trends in the golf and fashion sectors to assist in the planning for the stores.
  • Regular meetings with the Shops Managers and Buying Team to discuss sales strategies.
  • Identifying and sourcing props that will assist in the promotion of collections instore through merchandising and displays.
  • Maintaining good communications with all areas of the retail business and providing guidance to the shop teams on Visual Merchandising and Stock control.
  • Assist in the introduction of new and current collections in store by liaising and confirming timescales with the Shops Managers, Warehouse team, and Buying team.
  • Working on a daily basis to assess, maintain and improve all areas of merchandising in the store.
  • Receiving feedback from the Shops Managers on the visual impact of displays and implementing changes where required.
