Job Role

In this role the Outsourced Bookkeeper will be responsible for the following:

• Management of sales and purchase Ledger
• Processing and reconciling bank transactions
• Preparing VAT returns
• Maintaining journals
• Processing payment runs
• Producing & processing invoices
• Making payments to suppliers and creditors
• Checking and process expense claims
• Assisting with preparation of clients management accounts
• Assisting in budgeting and cash flow forecasts
• Assistance with payroll duties
• Liaising and working directly with a range of external clients

About you

• Have at least 5 years' experience in a similar role (requirement).
• Have excellent attention to detail and possess good initiative and able to work independently.
• Be a confident communicator.
• Have experience using Xero software (preferable).

Job offer

• Salary: £25k £28k (DOE)
• Hybrid working (at least 1 day p/w at Head Office in StocktononTees) & potential onsite client working
