About Our Client:

A growing Financial Services company based in Wolverhampton.

As Customer Relations Case Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Handling complaints from start to finish
  • Taking ownership of customer queries in line with FCA regulations
  • Providing excellent customer service at all times, ensuring continuous contact with the customer to provide updates throughout the investigation
  • Reviewing documentation and liaising with the relevant departments to ensure a thorough investigation

The Successful Applicant:


The successful Customer Relationship Case Specialist will:

  • Complaints handling experience
  • Experience in a customer facing role
  • Have worked with vulnerable customers within a customer service environment
  • Experience of writing a formal letter
