About Our Client:
A growing Financial Services company based in Wolverhampton.
As Customer Relations Case Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Handling complaints from start to finish
- Taking ownership of customer queries in line with FCA regulations
- Providing excellent customer service at all times, ensuring continuous contact with the customer to provide updates throughout the investigation
- Reviewing documentation and liaising with the relevant departments to ensure a thorough investigation
The Successful Applicant:
The successful Customer Relationship Case Specialist will:
- Complaints handling experience
- Experience in a customer facing role
- Have worked with vulnerable customers within a customer service environment
- Experience of writing a formal letter
