Description
As a seasonal business, this is a varied role. Responsibilities during our trading season (Apr to Oct) differ from out-of-season, although the role is year-round.


In-season the role is operational management and hosting, including supervising the seasonal housekeeping team, checking-in and hosting guests, managing group events, responding to booking enquiries, training seasonal staff and maintaining operational standards.

Out-of-season the role is split between site set-up\pack-down, and digital marketing.

Working with an external agency to deliver the marketing plan, creating content for social media, website updates and content creation, blog authoring and working with partners to market joint ventures.


Salary:
£14.00-£16.00 per hour
