The Extracare Charitable Trust are recruiting for a
Wellbeing Advisor (Health Care Assistant) on a fixed-term 6-month basis to join our supportive team,
based across the Midlands.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced
Wellbeing Advisor to join our organisation and support the assessment of new residents moving into our integrated retirement communities.

Role Details

Role: Wellbeing Advisor (Health Care Assistant):

Hours: 37.

5 hours per week (including weekends rota basis):

Salary: £26,376 per annum:

Location: Peripatetic - Midlands (Birmingham, Coventry, Evesham)

What will you do as our Wellbeing Advisor?

Assess all new residents that move into our integrated retirement communities
Liaise with ExtraCare's Sales and location teams to ensure that assessments are completed in a timely manner
Ensure that data from completed assessments are accurately recorded on inhouse systems

Our ideal Wellbeing Advisor will be: -

Qualified Health Care Assistant
Evidence of professional development in community health or primary care post registration qualification
Experience in managing older people
Experience or knowledge of primary care and referral to primary care
Excellent written and oral communication skills
