The Extracare Charitable Trust are recruiting for a
Wellbeing Advisor (Health Care Assistant) on a fixed-term 6-month basis to join our supportive team,
based across the Midlands.


This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced
Wellbeing Advisor to join our organisation and support the assessment of new residents moving into our integrated retirement communities.

Role Details


Role: Wellbeing Advisor (Health Care Assistant):


  • Hours: 37.

5 hours per week (including weekends rota basis):



Salary: £26,376 per annum:



Location: Peripatetic - Midlands (Birmingham, Coventry, Evesham)

What will you do as our Wellbeing Advisor?

  • Assess all new residents that move into our integrated retirement communities
  • Liaise with ExtraCare's Sales and location teams to ensure that assessments are completed in a timely manner
  • Ensure that data from completed assessments are accurately recorded on inhouse systems

Our ideal Wellbeing Advisor will be: -

  • Qualified Health Care Assistant
  • Evidence of professional development in community health or primary care post registration qualification
  • Experience in managing older people
  • Experience or knowledge of primary care and referral to primary care
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
