Description

Dale Estates Rochdale Limited handles tasks such as tenant screening, lease/tenancy agreements, rent collection, property maintenance, and periodic inspection of the property.

Act as intermediaries between property owner and tenant. Handles repairs.


Apprenticeship summary:

Wage:£6.40 an hour, _Automatic pay increase after one year on programme for 19+ year olds_

Expected duration:16 month duration

Working week: Monday to Friday, 10am - 5pm, 31.5 hours per week

Main Responsibilities:


  • Perform administrative and clerical duties to assist Team.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, take messages as needed.
  • Organize and maintain digital files and records.
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings as needed.
  • Prepare and edit documents with both word and excel templates, including but not limited to reports, checklists, agreements, offer letters, proposals and safety certificates.
  • Daily interact with agents, contractors, tenants and coordinate with the s team.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

  • Keeping organised and carrying out general Admin Duties
