WE ARE RECRUITING - FOR A FAMILY SUPPORT MENTOR
CAVS is a not-for-profit Charity and local voluntary service organisation located in Benfleet Essex and a fantastic opportunity has arisen to join CAVS Family Mentoring team as a Family Support Mentor.
This is a highly rewarding and varied role where you will be helping to support children, young people and their families, working with those who are most vulnerable, assisting them to lead healthy, happy and more confident lifestyles.
Reporting to the Family Mentoring Coordinator, this post will suit someone who is caring and enjoys working both autonomously and as part of a friendly team, whilst enjoying to help improve the lives of others for the better.
Consideration will be given to a flexible arrangement in terms of hours worked; either as a full time role offering 20-37 hours per week or job share with hours to be agreed.
CAVS is an organisation that is committed to the safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and vulnerable adults and expects all staff, trustees and volunteers to share this commitment and values.
