Description

Eden Brown Synergy are currently looking for an experienced Social Worker with AMHP qualification to work as Approved Mental Health Professional/Care Coordinator for a Community Mental Health Team in Deptford with Lewisham Council.

Required Experience:

Strong assessment and engagement skills and an excellent understanding of clinical and social issues and risk in relation to mental health serviceusers
Experience of interventions under the CA 2014, MHA 1983 and MCA 200
Holding a caseload in an integrated multidisciplinary service undertaking casework.
Carrying out a range of assessments and interventions including adult safeguarding.
Participate weekly in AMHP duty rota, undertaking work from Lewisham Hospital when on AMHP duty

Essential Requirements:

Social Work Qualification
Experience as a social worker within mental health
Social Work England Registration
AMHP Qualification
