Role Overview
Trigon Recruitment are exclusively looking to recruit for a Grade 2 Ofsted National Training Provider.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing organisation who have just won a substantial new contract to compliment their existing delivery.


Reporting to the Head of Quality, Compliance and Safeguarding the post holder will drive performance and outcomes in engagement, curriculum, quality of teaching, safety, achievement, and progression.

You will work with regional teams to ensure the organisationsquality of education is judged by OFSTED as consistently good or outstanding.


You will support the Head of Quality in developing, reviewing, and monitoring standards and curriculum that are delivered throughout the business and support further development of new curriculum.


Working with the Quality and Performance Managers (QPMs) to support improvements to the quality of teaching delivered by their tutors, you will promote sharing of best practice and knowledge, embed continuous quality improvements, and ensure high qualitydelivery, to support the success of our contracts and the maintenance of direct claims status across multiple awarding bodies.


You will be responsible for the effectiveness of the QPMs, and you will support Regional Operations Managers (ROMS), by leading and monitoring their quality improvement KPIs, as set by the SLT, ensuring that all business processes and practices are deliveredconsistently to outstanding quality standards, across all activities and teams.

This will be achieved by using appropriate quality improvement processes and key performance data, identifying trends, and putting in place professional development measures todrive up standards.


Key responsibilities:


  • To drive quality improvements to regulated learning, in line with the SAR & QIP
  • To ensure the curriculum is implemented and standardised to effectively meet AO and quality standards, and learner needs.
  • To oversee centre accreditations, maintaining direct claims status across a range of awarding organisations (AO's), including annual review and accreditation visit activity, daytoday communication, and identifying and escalating risks internally, seekingto identify and implement appropriate measures to mitigate these.
  • To work with QPM's, to ensure that all learners receive an outstanding teaching and learning experience, by ensuring that the implementation of observations of teaching, learning and key processes are conducted with rigour.
  • To proactively make full use of professional interim and summative sampling, data scrutiny, and learner feedback, ensuring that standardisation and coaching activity is prioritised to drive continuous improvement via a suite of meaningful KPI's, whilstensuring risks and shortfalls are escalated to ROMs and the SLT.
  • To work with ROMs to ensure that all learner impact goals set, are purposeful and achievable, including improvements to learner attendance, retention, progress, achievement, and progression, ensuring that all positively impact on the overall success measuresof the business
  • To ensure that all quality processes, procedures, and practices are understood and utilised consistently, and to best effect.
  • To work with the Quality to develop and implement an annual quality cycle, identifying and implementing such measures to evaluate incremental and sustainable improvement to learner experience and programme success.
  • To proactively support QPM's to line manage their tutors and ensure that they meet their full potential, providing support in the creation and implementation of personal development plans, standardisation, CPD and other developmental activity, as required
  • To ensure that all provision can demonstrate the 3 I's (Intent, Implementation, and Impact)

Essential Requirements
Hold V1 and A1 qualifications or alternatives

Hold a teaching and or learning and development qualification level 4 minimum

Experience of leading on quality assurance process

Direct experience of working with Awarding Organisations, Ofsted and other external inspections

Experience developing curriculum and resources for classroom and remote delivery

Knowledge of ESFA and devolved funding rules and audit requirements

Experience of delivering, meeting, and exceeding targets

Full UK driving license
