We are a fast growing design academy that provides an intensive 6-month UX bootcamp with high profile instructors who are dedicated to helping people build their portfolio site which is essential in IT sector.

Most of our clients are Asian people who want to get a job in Western countries like the UK or the US.

We have had 120 grads so far with over 96% of whom have been hired within 180 days of completing the program.

Some of our grads are working for leading tech corporates like Amazon, Microsoft, JP Morgan, and Booking Holdings.

With a great success, we are planning to expand our business sector to English & Chinese market.

Either you are a Chinese who speaks English, or an English speaker who speaks Chinese, it doesn't matter as long as you have strong interpersonal skills and are always willing to help others attain their dream job.

You will work on a new business project with a varied role so have to be self-driven with an ownership mind.

Your responsibilities but not limited to:

• Making marketing or promotional contents using image creating platforms like Canva or video editing platforms
• Uploading contents on social network platforms and managing them
• Planning special events like open classes
• Writing blog posts about design industry and bootcamps
• Finding marketing channels to reach out to more clients
• Giving a consultation to potential clietns
• Budgeting advertisement on social media platforms
• Reporting to a direct manager : daily, monthly, quarterly, yearly

THE ESSENTIALS:

• Previous experience in making promotional contents like Youtube, Instagram, Twitter minimum 1 year
• Proficiency both in English and in Chinese
• Writing Skills

NOT ESSENTIAL BUT PLUS IF YOU HAVE:

• Knowledge on UX design and its market in Western countries
• Reliable and responsible with high level of organisation and time management skills
• Able to work under pressure
• Able to work independently and take initiative to deal with unforeseen problems and circumstances
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Strong IT skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Customer service orientated flexible, versatile and always willing to help
• Highly accurate with strong attention to detail

Salary:
£22,728.00-£32,000.00 per year
