Are you an HR Adviser who really enjoys playing a pivotal role in delivering a one stop shop on employee relations together with supporting the HR Business Partners with projects and providing meaningful data to help the organisation achieve its business objectives through our most important resource, our people? If so, we have a great opportunity for an HR Adviser to join our People team.


What will I be doing?


You'll be joining a friendly and supportive HR team providing advice and support to enable our managers and employees across the full range of employee lifecycle activities, providing a generalist HR advisory and support service covering employee relations case management, HR projects, producing and interpreting reports, training and development and much more.

What are the requirements?


To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience working within a fast-paced environment in a similar role, be a self-starter with a high level of resilience and a strong team player with the ability to work effectively independently.

You will have previous experience working within a HR advisory capacity, have sound knowledge of employment law, as well as being comfortable with engaging with a wealth of people managers throughout the business.


With a CIPD level 5 qualification or equivalent experience, you'll be a proactive team player, who has excellent interpersonal skills and a good commercial acumen.

You'll be professional at all times, calm under pressure and able to live the organisations core values.


The role will be based in Bath at our head office (in Claverton Down) but will also involve travel to our various sites across Somerset and Dorset to support managers across our region.
