Description
RE Recruitment are working in partnership with BorgWarner to recruit Machine Operators in Stonehouse.

Successful applicants will be flexible and be able to adapt to the variety of roles within their area.

Previous manufacturing experience is desirable but not essential, as full operator training will be provided.


Basic hours: 40 hours per week

Starting pay rate:
£11.46/h + OT £14.25/h and Sunday OT £19.00/h
8-hour rotating shift pattern covering Nights, Afternoons and Mornings (10pm-6am, 2pm-10pm and 6am-2pm).

The shift pattern will require you to work a 3-shift pattern rotating every 2 weeks as follows:

- **2 weeks

Sun - Thu (10pm-6am)**:
- **2 weeks

Mon - Fri (2pm-10pm)**:
- **2 weeks
Mon - Fri (6am-2pm)**Key responsibilities:
  • Operating /minding machines
  • Working by hand to assemble small components
  • Adapt to repetitive work with small parts
  • Checking and testing finished products
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • To be punctual and reliable
  • The ability to work under pressure to hit targets
  • Adherence to health & safety policies
