Are you a Recruitment professional looking for an immediate start?

We are looking to recruit a Resourcing Adviser initially on short term contract until the end of February 2023 with a possible chance of extension depending on the need of the client.

My client is offering a split working week with 2 days based in their office in central London and 3 days working from home.

This is a new additional role within the People Resourcing team to support the increasing resourcing needs across the organisation

£18.28 per hour PAYE + holiday pay

Role

You'll support the delivery of a comprehensive end to end recruitment service.
Providing advice and support on resourcing initiatives and processes
Undertaking resourcing related project. You will be the first point of contact for recruitment activity including liaising with job seekers, applicants, recruiting managers and external stakeholders,
Providing advice on all aspects of the process including media and the selection process.
Delivering a comprehensive, high quality recruitment service to managers and staff, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Providing a proactive and comprehensive people resourcing service to managers and staff
Be responsible for providing solutionsfocused advice and guidance to managers
